I do propose bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that arrive out in the early morning hours and when the Solar starts to set and they do bite. it was nothing that will keep you indoors nevertheless. there undoubtedly are a couple state parks from the area and every one of these are beautiful. beautiful is really an understatement to get honest! its a very family friendly place and not the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is simply too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida and I will make this a yearly vacation. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice And that i most likely talked to all of these before I actually made it to indian pass. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself. The coffee table was damaged, two of your three plastic chairs outside were being damaged. The house really could make use of a good power washing and that would make a giant improvement to your deck. The house has so much potential it can be unhappy to view it getting run down. I Totally loved the area, however, if improvements are usually not made would not lease house once again. Undoubtedly suggest going to Port St Joe if you have not !! They say location is everything, And that i'd have to agree here. The place by itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, plus the location was awesome, however it's just to the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. The property is as advertised - nothing extravagant into the house but great location to the beach. No, the house isn't full on the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of room for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not a great deal of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or spoil.
Enjoyed our stay and loved the beach! The house matched the description as did the pictures. We enjoyed visiting the nearby communities of the “Neglected Coast”.
